• GE Strike Contingency Plan –Chief is continuing to meet with GE & discussing strike contingency plans

• George Snyder presented and reviewed the 2012 tax budget with the committee. The projected revenue is stated as the same as 2011, this will still propose deficit spending.
• Mr. Lohmeier asked about the HIRT committee recommendation for incentivizing annual physicals. Jack reported the employee group recommends a 25% increase in premium contribution for those who do not get the annual physical.
• Committee was proceeding to take a tour of the GE renovations at build 700 and a review of their 10 year revitalization plan.
